If improvements can be made or unforeseen conditions beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries. Occasional restorations may cause exhibits to close. During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, theaters, sightseeing tours, and shopping may be limited.
Always On The Go Travel Planning and Concierge, LLC. will not be held responsible for any of these occurrences but wherever possible, itinerary adjustments will be made to minimize inconvenience to passengers. In the event of possible safety concerns, we also reserve the right to alter or postpone tours. Travelers any age are allowed to travel on this trip. Minors must be accompanied by an adult relative.
Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire 6 months after the last day of travel.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Always On The Go Travel Planning and Concierge, LLC. reserve the right to increase prices accordingly.
Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates.
At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.
This tour involves little physical activity outside of our daily walking tours. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.
You are automatically enrolled in our automatic billing plan. You can relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book we'll calculate and evenly divide an automatic billing for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit will be due at the time of booking and your future payments will be charged according to the payment schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions along with any suppliers and vendors for this trip.
All payments to Always On The Go Travel Planning and Concierge, LLC. are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. This is because Always On The Go Travel Planning and Concierge, LLC. has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes may be allowed at the discretion of the vendor with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $150 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
Book your flight to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok as early as possible (we recommend 6 months prior to departure).
Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of your entry into Thailand. Please plan to arrive by no later than 6:30 PM ON THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR TRIP PROGRAM.
You will book your departure flight from Phuket International (HKT) at any time on THE LAST DAY OF YOUR TRIP PROGRAM.

Thailand utilizes the Thai Baht (TBH) as its currency. 1 USD is equivalent to 29.20 TBH. Many places do not accept credit cards, please bring cash for tips, restaurant expenses, and souvenir shopping. Upon arrival, you can change your USD to local currency (THB) at the Airport. You can also withdraw money from the ATM but beware that ALL ATMs charge a 220 Bath (~$7.20 USD) withdrawal fee every time you withdraw money.
